Spacious room with a lovely garden view, in a great location and with friendly staff.

This location was particularly good, near York and Whitby as well as centre of town and all local places to eat and drink. The employees were active and best all the time👌😃

The hotel was great and absolutely charming with always polite personnel. Netflix and a couch available in the standard queen room. Marvellous and lovely location - close to pubs and eateries. Lots of places to eat around: bars and restaurants.

Loved the place, had a very good stay. Brand-new room, the decoration was nice. - Its lounge and TV area were much appreciated. - Had a central location close to the station.

Its location within walking distance of South Park was quiet.

Good stay, as always. Neat place with knowledgeable and hospitable staff and great view over the garden. Newly decorated executive room, great beds. Simple check in and very good service. Not to mention excellent wifi!

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, with free onsite parking. the hotel was in a well-kept area, just next door to the town centre and train station, as well as the communal areas.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and as usual the food was excellent.The service and staff are very helpful,efficient and courteous.The location is ideal for visiting the dales or going to Newcastlle,Durham as there is an excellent roadlink nearby.
